Drawing on 17+ years as a holistic health practitioner — including naturopathy, acupuncture, sports therapy and aesthetics — Colin brings a uniquely integrated perspective. With over 17 years of experience as a holistic health practitioner, Colin brings a rare blend of disciplines to coaching — naturopathy, acupuncture, sports therapy, aesthetics and mindset work — so your coaching is informed by a genuine understanding of the whole person.
His path into this work was born out of his own healing journey. After a personal health crisis, he had to rebuild his life from the ground up — which means he coaches not from a place of theory, but from lived experience.

Therapy is typically focused on healing the past — unpacking trauma, mental health conditions and emotional wounds. Coaching is forward-focused — working with where you are now and where you want to go. They complement each other beautifully, and some clients do both.
Advice tells you what to do; coaching helps you actually do it. Coaching draws out your own wisdom, builds real accountability, addresses the underlying patterns that keep you stuck, and supports sustainable change — not just another failed attempt.
Most clients work with Colin over 3–6 months, with weekly or fortnightly sessions. Real, lasting change takes consistent support. For shorter-term, specific goals, packages of 4–8 sessions are also available.
If you've struggled with change before, it's usually not because you lack willpower — it's because the approach didn't address the full picture. Together we'll look at what's really kept you stuck, remove the obstacles, and build change in a way that finally sticks.
