Bookings and Appointments
How do I make an appointment?
You can book online, by phone, by email, by WhatsApp or in person at the clinic. If you are unsure what to book, please contact us first and we will guide you.
I’m not sure what treatment I need. Can you help?
Yes. We recommend a consultation if you are unsure, have several concerns, have a medical history to consider, or want a personalised body, skin, health or wellbeing plan.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. Your appointment time is the start time of your service.
What if I am late?
Your treatment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the full appointment charge may still apply.
Do you have parking?
There is bay parking at the front of the clinic, usually free for 1 hour, plus nearby on-street parking. Please allow extra time during busy periods.
Cancellations, Deposits and Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for appointments up to 2 hours, 72 hours for appointments of 3 hours or more, and at least 3 hours’ notice for same-day bookings. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at 100% of the appointment value. Full booking terms
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable unless Create Your Wellness cancels the appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative.
Can I get a refund for a treatment, course, package or membership?
Treatments, courses, packages and memberships are non-refundable, including those purchased but not yet used. If you are medically unable to continue, we may request evidence and may offer a credit note or suitable alternative where appropriate.
Are gift vouchers refundable?
No. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once partially or fully redeemed, no cash balance or difference in value will be issued. Gift voucher terms
New Clients and Medical Information
Why do I need to complete a consultation form?
Consultation forms help us check whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you. They also allow us to tailor your appointment and give appropriate aftercare.
What do I need to tell you before treatment?
Please tell us about medical conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, injuries, surgeries, skin conditions, infections, recent treatments, mobility needs or anything else that may affect your appointment.
Can you diagnose medical conditions?
No. Our services are complementary and wellness-focused. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from your GP, consultant or other regulated healthcare provider.
Can I have treatment while pregnant?
Some treatments can be adapted, but others are unsuitable. Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding or think you may be pregnant. Pregnancy treatments are usually available after 13 weeks.
Practitioners, Comfort and Boundaries
Can I request a specific practitioner?
Where practitioner choice is available, you can request this when booking. Some services may be available only with specific practitioners.
Will my practitioner be male or female?
Most services are provided by a male practitioner. If practitioner gender is important to you, please check before booking or purchasing a voucher.
Will I be covered during massage or body treatments?
Yes. You will have privacy to undress and dress, and you will be appropriately draped throughout the treatment.
What happens if someone behaves inappropriately?
We provide professional therapeutic, holistic, wellness, body, skin and aesthetic treatments only. Inappropriate behaviour, sexual requests or boundary breaches will result in the treatment ending immediately. Full payment will still be due and future bookings may be refused.
Patch Tests and Treatment Suitability
Do I need a patch test?
Some treatments require a patch test, usually 24 to 48 hours before treatment. We will advise you if this applies.
I’ve had the treatment elsewhere. Do I still need a patch test?
Yes, you may still need one. Products, devices and protocols vary between clinics.
What happens if I have not completed a required patch test?
The treatment cannot go ahead and may be charged as a late cancellation.
Floatation, Sauna and Wellness Facilities
Can anyone use the float room or sauna?
Not always. Please contact us before booking if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, have blood pressure concerns, heart issues, epilepsy, open wounds, infection, mobility needs, heat sensitivity or are unsure whether the service is suitable. Facility safety policy
What should I do before floating?
Please shower before entering, avoid shaving immediately beforehand, and do not use floatation with open wounds, infectious conditions, fresh fake tan, heavy hair dye residue or if you are unwell.
Can I use the sauna if I feel unwell?
No. Please do not use heat treatments if you are unwell, dehydrated, intoxicated, feverish, dizzy or unsure whether it is safe.
Children, Guests and Accessibility
Can I bring children with me?
Please do not bring children to appointments unless agreed in advance. Children cannot be left unattended in the clinic.
Can I bring someone with me?
Please attend alone unless the other person is also booked, you require assistance, or this has been agreed in advance.
I have mobility needs. What should I do?
Please contact us before booking so we can advise whether the treatment, room, couch, floatation, sauna, changing area or facilities are suitable.
Photos and Marketing
Will you take before and after photos?
We may request photos for treatment records or progress tracking. We will not use identifiable images for marketing, social media or advertising without separate consent.
Can I refuse marketing photo use?
Yes. You can refuse marketing use without affecting your treatment.
